Summary:

For this project, we were hired to construct a new clearwell building and storage facility for Iowa American Water Company. The contract included:

• Building Construction: Installation of a masonry building with a pre-stressed concrete roof structure.
• Interior Equipment: Concrete water storage tanks, vertical turbine pumps, sampling pumps, fiberglass weir plates, static mixer equipment, and process control instrumentation.
• Systems Installation: All electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

The building features a masonry exterior and is designed to house essential water treatment equipment and infrastructure.
