Summary:

In this project, we were tasked with renovating two existing sludge removal tanks and installing new sludge removal equipment. The renovation included:

• Demolition: Removal of the existing sludge collection system.
• Concrete Work: Installation of cast-in-place concrete walls to square the tanks.
• New Systems: Installation of a new sludge collection and pumping system.
• Baffle Walls: Installation of geo-membrane baffle walls.
• Electrical Work: Associated electrical work, equipment controls, and structural aluminum framing.

The project was completed in two phases, with each tank being addressed in a separate phase.
